Thus, we are simply awesome secret that Facebook iPad app is actually already out there, hidden inside of an iPhone app: now it's time to show it to you.

I played with the application on most of the night, and it seems solid. Of course there is no guarantee that this is what Facebook will launch the iPad app marked officially, but it looks and feels about right.

After several months of downplaying the importance of the availability of the iPad applications and instead playing up HTML5 Facebook clearly spent some time working on this. At the same time it is HTML5-extensive experience with things like news feed when filling out this way. But other things like images just can't be done without native at this time.

At the end of the day I would use this application for a full website which works very well on the iPad already? Absolutely. I can't wait for this app to run actually.

Update: we just spoke to a source that was previously seen the app and says that it is actually an application Facebook plans to start soon. We'll see if it gets accelerated now.
